These Terms of Service govern your use of www.closerprints.com and purchases from Closer Prints, operated by Magic Pix Inc. ("we", "us"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders and personalization
You're responsible for the accuracy of the names, text, photos and videos you submit. Please review your preview carefully before ordering. We print exactly what you submit and aren't responsible for errors in customer-provided content.

Your content
You confirm that you own or have permission to use any photos, videos and text you upload, and that they don't infringe anyone's rights or contain unlawful, hateful or explicit material. You grant us a limited license to use your content only to produce and deliver your order. We may refuse or cancel any order that violates these terms.

Video storage
Videos linked to your card are stored for 2 years. You can request deletion at any time by emailing info@closerprints.com.

Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Payment is due at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors and refund any amount paid.

Production and shipping
Cards are printed within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri). Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier. The Digital PDF is delivered electronically and does not ship.

Returns and refunds
Returns, cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Intellectual property
All site content, designs, logos and templates belong to Closer Prints / Magic Pix Inc. and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to your order.
